Swenson He is seeking an experienced, talented, self-motivated Client Success Manager (CSM) to maximize client success and retention while driving increased revenue within our existing customer base. This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing and solely in-house development teams in Los Angeles. Experience within the mobile application industry or a strong understanding of software development best practices is important.


RESPONSIBILITES


Manage current client base ensuring client success, satisfaction and retention

· Generate new sales opportunities within existing clients

· Own the client relationship and serve as primary contact for client inquiries, issues and concerns

· Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

· Conduct account reviews throughout the year

· Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders with the client organization

· Log all activity completely and accurately in our CRM (Salesforce.com)

· Coordinate sales and support efforts with team members and other departments

· Work with accounting on client invoicing/expenses

· Provide client onboarding support, education, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices to ensure customer success

· Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Swenson He's products, services & capabilities, and how they can meet customer needs and business objectives

· Define and improve processes and tools for improving client success

· Provide client-facing insights and recommendations to drive product adoption and increase revenue

· Forecast and track key account metrics

· Minimal travel required
